Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, SPLZZWPL ships to addresses in the continental United States.
For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations, please contact our customer service team prior to ordering to confirm eligibility and shipping rates.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 15–20 days, depending on factors such as carrier workload, destination, customs processing, and weather conditions. Tracking information is provided for real-time updates on your shipment.

If your guitar arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact SPLZZWPL immediately with your order number and photos (if available).
We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

Address Changes and Delivery Instructions

If an address change is required after placing your order, contact us promptly. We will attempt to update the shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once dispatched.
